Dans The Sheltering Sky, 光淵 (Pool Of Light) médite différemment, voyageant entre la Chine (qui subsiste par petites touches grâce aux instruments à cordes) et la Russie mais sa musique ambiante est toujours aussi resplendissante. Cet album est une réussite !

Unlike previous releases in Pool of Light's extensive discography, The Sheltering Sky took much longer to create. These very special tracks were recorded and arranged with different approaches over the last three years, in different countries and in different states of mind.
Floating Air was featured as a part of the Contemplatives III compilation for Secret Press.
Bloom was featured as a part of Sampler Vol. 4 for Rusted Tone Recordings.
Into the Dark features additional synths and piano textures by Spiral Vremeni and tumannost.
Recorded 2019-2021 in China and Russia
